1. Agreement

These terms of use (“terms”) govern your use of infinitumleadership.com (the “site”), which is owned and operated by Infinitum Leadership and Jonathan Evans (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By using the site, booking a service, or making a purchase, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here, and your continued use of the site after an update means you accept the updated terms.

2. Who the site serves

The site describes professional coaching services for leaders, teams, couples, and organizations, and wedding officiant services with an online store. Our services are intended for adults, or for minors with a parent's consent as the sponsor under the coaching agreement.

Nothing on the site is an offer to provide services in a jurisdiction where we are not permitted to operate.

3. Coaching is not therapy

Coaching is a professional partnership focused on your goals, performance, and growth. It is not psychotherapy, counselling, or medical, legal, or financial advice, and it does not diagnose or treat any condition.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified health professional or a crisis line in your area. Our relationship coaching program is coaching and enrichment for couples; it is not couples therapy, and we refer clinical matters to qualified therapists.

You are responsible for your own decisions and actions arising from coaching.

4. Booking and payment

4.1 Discovery calls

Introductory discovery calls are free and carry no cancellation penalty. Please give us as much notice as you can if you need to reschedule.

4.2 Executive clarity intensive

The Executive Clarity Intensive is $750 CAD, paid in full at the time of booking. It includes a 90-minute intensive session, a Birkman Signature Report debrief, and a written 90-day action plan delivered within 48 hours of the session.

• Rescheduling: You may reschedule once at no charge with at least 48 hours notice.
• Refunds: Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the session receive a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable, but the fee may be applied once to a rescheduled session.
• Completion: The intensive must be completed within 90 days of booking.

4.3 Coaching sprints

Coaching sprint tiers are priced at $900 (3 months), $1,800 (6 months), and $2,475 (9 months), and follow the same cancellation terms as the Intensive above. The specific schedule and scope of each sprint are confirmed at booking.

4.4 Relationship coaching program

The 8-week relationship coaching program is $2,175. An introductory rate of $1,500 is available for the first 10 couples who enroll through December 31, 2026. The program includes a Prepare-Enrich assessment, a one-hour debrief, and seven weekly one-hour coaching sessions for both partners. The fee is paid in full at booking, or as otherwise agreed upon.

4.5 Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not see or store your full payment card details. Prices are in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes will be shown at checkout.

4.6 Wedding store purchases

Purchases from the wedding online store are governed by these terms and by the refund terms in the Officiating Agreement.

5. Your coaching agreement

When you engage us for ongoing coaching, you will also sign a separate coaching agreement that sets out the terms of the engagement in detail, including confidentiality, session logistics, and professional standards. If there is any conflict between that agreement and these terms, the coaching agreement governs the engagement itself.

6. No guarantee of outcomes

Coaching is a partnership, and your results depend on many factors, including your own effort and circumstances. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as promotions, revenue growth, relationship results, or any other particular result. Testimonials and case examples on the site reflect individual experiences and are not promises of what you will achieve.

7. Intellectual property

Everything on the site, including text, images, video, logos, and downloadable resources, is owned by Infinitum Leadership or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may view, download, and print site content for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit site content without our prior written permission.

The Becoming Plan and other client resources provided during coaching are for your personal use in connection with your engagement and may not be shared or republished.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems
• Upload or transmit viruses, spam, or other harmful material
• Misrepresent your identity or provide false information in bookings or forms
• Copy or scrape site content for commercial purposes

We may suspend or restrict access for violations of these terms.

9. Third-party services

The site uses third-party services, including Calendly for scheduling, Stripe for payments, and HubSpot for contact management. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the operation of third-party services, though we choose them carefully.

The site may link to external websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content of linked sites.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The site and its content are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our services.
• Our total liability for any claim related to a paid service is limited to the fees you paid for that service.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not permit it to be limited.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Infinitum Leadership and Jonathan Evans from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the site or your violation of these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable in British Columbia. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia, in Vancouver.
