I spent two years as Advisor, Indigenous Initiatives at BCIT, and the first skill I learned was listening. I don’t carry your lived experience, and I won’t pretend to. Sitting with Elders and knowledge keepers taught me that good coaching here begins with humility, not frameworks. The PathWAYS framework grew from that listening: ancestral wisdom and modern leadership strategy woven together, neither above the other.
