What could clarity do that effort can’t?

End performing. Choose becoming.

Complex work gets heavier when every consequential decision lands with you. Coaching brings the clarity to name what matters, the courage to face what is true, the commitment to act, and the character to keep becoming.

An honest check

Which of these sounds familiar?

High-performing leaders rarely need more ambition. They need room to see what effort has been hiding.

You’re deciding alone.

Every big call is yours to make, and there is no one you can think out loud with. The higher you go, the lonelier the thinking gets.

Coaching gives you a confidential thought partner, fully in your corner.

Effort isn’t moving the needle.

You are working harder than ever and the needle barely moves. More hours will not fix what hours did not cause.

The problem was never effort. Coaching names what matters.

Your team feels your pace.

You set the tempo, and right now the tempo is anxiety. What stays unspoken in you becomes unspoken in them.

Leaders who think clearly create room for others to lead.

If one of these is yours, you do not need another performance hack. You need a conversation.

Your coach

Jonathan Evans, executive coach, smiling directly at the camera

I’ve sat in your chair.

I was very good at performing. For years I led a multimillion-dollar organization with multiple departments and dozens of staff, where high performance was expected everywhere. And the performance was quietly creating anxiety in me and everyone around me. There was simply no playbook for the complexity and change I was navigating. Coaching changed that. It made me a better leader and helped me build a better life. That’s why I coach now: to help high-performing leaders end performing and start becoming.

I hold a Master of Arts in Executive and Organizational Coaching from Royal Roads University and the Professional Certified Coach credential from the International Coaching Federation, and I’m a Birkman Signature Consultant. I serve as President of the ICF BC Chapter and President and Board Chair of the Rotary Club of Vancouver Waterfront. I received the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal for community leadership.

Client words

What leaders say.

The strongest evidence is how leaders describe the work in their own words: clearer decisions, greater self-awareness, and the courage to lead differently.

The Coaching Path for Executives

Clear steps. Real commitments.

Start with a free 30-minute conversation, with no pitch. If there is a fit, move from honest diagnosis to explicit commitments and sustained change.

01 · Clarity

The Discovery Call.

A free 30-minute conversation to name your goal, understand your context, and decide whether we are a strong fit. No pitch.

Free · 30 minutes

02 · Courage

The Executive Clarity Intensive.

Ninety minutes to face what the current approach is costing: Birkman debrief, honest diagnosis, and a written 90-day action plan within 48 hours.

$750

03 · Commitment and character

The Coaching Sprint.

Ongoing coaching turns insight into explicit commitments, then tests those commitments in the real work of becoming a stronger leader.

3, 6 or 9 months

Sprint pricing is for senior leaders.

Sprint · Three months

A focused push.

$900

For leaders who know the goal and want momentum: three sessions over three months.

Sprint · Six months

The steady build.

$1,800

Six sessions over six months, one per month, at $300 per session.

The first step is free and has no pitch. If there is a fit, the Intensive ends with a written 90-day action plan within 48 hours.

Quiet proof

What the work looks like.

Engagement snapshots from leaders who chose to think differently. No noise, no hype.

ENGAGEMENT 01

From firefighting to leading.

An executive director in health care was squeezed between budget cuts and rising demand. We worked on a leadership approach grounded in clear communication, using the LEADS framework to build coalitions and address the systemic problems underneath the symptoms.

Overtime came down, engagement scores went up.

ENGAGEMENT 02

The promotion without the playbook.

A rising executive was promoted past her old playbook. We clarified where she was leading from habit and where from intention, and built a 90-day plan her team could actually see.

Team engagement rose within the first quarter.

ENGAGEMENT 03

The culture she wanted to lead.

A founder wanted a culture that matched her values, but the business kept rewarding the old ones. Coaching surfaced the trade-offs she had been avoiding, and we redesigned the rhythm of the business around them.

Turnover fell by half within six months.

Names withheld, results not.
