Most of my sessions are on Zoom. If you are in Vancouver, you have the option to meet at my office.

The coaching process takes 45 mins – 60 minutes to complete.

I’m good at working with people. I’m not so good at menial tasks like scheduling. I use an online scheduler that books appointments and sets up invites for your convenience.

The smallest package I have is four sessions. You won’t get much out of just one session. Honestly, it’s not worth your investment to start a journey and not complete it. You’ll find 4 sessions transformative.

YES, I’m a certified relationship coach with Prepare/Enrich. I have assessment tools and discussions to help couples enrich their relationship, especially if you work together.
