Pastors [OLD]
Pastors & Ministry Leaders
Pastoral Leadership demands that you bear pain and build trust.
You can deepen your presence to relieve the anxiety that change brings. You’re not alone.
Pastors are in a vulnerable position. Nearly 1/3 consider quitting, including myself!
Things are not going back to normal and a new type of leadership is required.
Every leader needs someone who believes in them even when they’ve stopped believing in themselves.
There are some things you can’t do and there are some things you can.
Tell me about your church and together we will face this.
Pastors inhabit a lonely and isolated place because of the systems of our church and denominations. This means you are likely not in a real accountable relationship where you flourish unless you have put that in place yourself. I come into your corner to support you with an accountability partner and other professionals so you can flourish while you lead.
Jonathan Evans
MATS, BEd, BSc, CPCM, CLC
Hey, I’ve found consistent coaching to be the best tool for peak performance in my 20+ years as a church planter, discipleship school principal, pastor and executive director. I started working with pastors in university as a ropes course instructor. Since then, I’ve been effective with leaders because I listen and ask powerful questions. My most significant success is developing top-notch professionals, pastors and executives. I was recognized for leading community development in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside as a recipient of the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal (2012). My MATS at Regent College concentrated on Missional Leadership -“Navigating Change in a Disruptive Culture.” My CPCM provided me with organizational development, communications, and public relations tools to serve my clients.
